My service was excellent. Every person in the service center was professional and helpful. The moment I drove in I was greeted and handed over my keys. I was taken to the waiting lounge for a few minutes until assigned to my service manager. She went over my list of things to check / fix and then told me how I would get a follow up text with estimates for the checkup that I would be able to review and approve or not. The car was ready later that day. Returning to pick it up, I again met with a service rep who reviewed the bill summmary with me. Great experience with top notch customer support, Couldn’t be better.
