I have worked with Will Gallagher at Nalley Lexus for years and I appreciate his attention to detail and his efforts to ensure a positive result every time I come in for maintenance on our cars. This was a 60,000 mile service and I am pleased with the quality of the work.

I cannot really say because I do not own this vehicle and I also did not bring it in for service. When the advisor sent the email for the 5k and tire repair. I messaged her back and advised her of such and she never responded. I also called and did not get a call back.
