The service I received from my service adviser was outstanding. He was efficient, dependable and very Polite. I felt very comfortable and assured that the service would be completed efficiently with him in charge. A very valued employee. You can feel good to have him an employee.

What else could I expect from a complimentary service visit? A knowledgeable, helpful service advisor, prompt quality service, and advice regarding future maintenance needs. The only thing I can think of is winning a new Lexus!

I was not informed ahead of time that the 5k service would take 3 hours or I would have arranged to drop off at 7:00 am and take a courtesy vehicle on into work. Also, I provided my service card to the attendant but it was misplaced when I came to pick up my car so it had to be mailed back to me once it was relocated.
