Jim Roberts and Todd from sales as well as Dustin from service were so helpful and answered my questions. Great customer service from the valets and loaner vehicle agent as well. Excellent, as usual!

My 2023 Lexus RX was serviced on 8/7. Now there is an unpleasant odor coming through the vents. I'm giving it another few days in the hope that the odor will subside.

Very good. A little long but the waiting area is nice and the snacks were nice to have.

One item I was disappointed in was the car wash. It was part of the package I paid for. They did not do the interior windshield. And the vacuuming was not the best. The one thing your customers see and will always remember is how well their car was cleaned when they left your store. They can’t see the additional oil, they can’t see the transmission fluid. They can’t see a lot of the things you do to the car that are done well and as expected, but they do see how their car comes out of the car wash.

My service advisor was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately one of the technicians that was in my car stole a little money from my cup holder. It’s no big deal, less than a dollar.
