5 star experience. Bryan Shannon was amazing communicating every detail throughout the ordering process. Customer service was top notch . Other dealers can take a lesson from the professionalism Bryan and Nalley Lexus showed us . Bryan seemed just as excited as I was purchasing the vehicle . I have never had a more pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle . Wish I would give a higher rating than 5 .
