I had originally put a deposit down on my 350 Lexus NX hybrid at a difference store. I could not get the interior I wanted.I was told it wasn’t available. And when I went to show up to test drive the vehicle, they told me was there, it was not there. Then I was blessed to meet Daniella Brand on the phone and not only was she thorough and kind, she found the exact car I wanted with the interior I had wanted!! I only had to wait three weeks to receive exactly what I wanted. So I canceled my deposit with the other store. Moving forward it was very easy and seamless with my experience at Roswell Lexus Nalley.
