As usual I made an appointment with Brandi, my service advisor. We reviewed what items were to be done. Everything went smoothly and I was alerted to a failing part which I then approved for replacement. As usual Brandi was very informative and very personable and explained everything that was going on. I have continued to come back to Nalley for service because of my relationship and confidence in Brandi taking proper care of my RX and explaining the need for various services.

I had a great experience. Enjoyed the overall environment and Will Gallagher did a great job. I like the text messaging process/updates as it avoids chasing folks down and it seemed very accurate.
