I had a bad experience before (different service advisor) and came in to have the same issue fixed. Glorie was my service advisor this time. I could not have been happier with her. She listened to my issue, made sure that it was taken care of, and would not let the car go out until it was fixed.

I showed up. Someone was there to meet me, direct me to the waiting area until my advisor was free. Met with my advisor, got settled on what needed to be done. Left the property on foot to walk next door. When I returned, upon receiving message my car was ready, someone was there again to meet me, direct me until my advisor was free. I really liked being met so I wasn't chasing anyone down. Smooth, easy process.

My experience at Nalley Lexus Roswell was nothing short of fantastic. I knew exactly what I wanted and Todd was very speedy in getting all the info out to me. He sent me a video of the car pointing out any imperfections as I had asked him to do. He was a pleasure to hang out with once I was at the dealership while my mechanic took a look at the car. He took very good care of me and was transparent with me. There were some cosmetic issues in the car that Daniella assured me will be fixed but my mechanic was skeptical of it. I trusted in Lexus and they went above and beyond to fix them. When I came back to pick the car up, there was no trace of them! It was like buying a new car. Todd patiently explained every feature of the car to me and Dexter handled my contract efficiently. The entire process was not only smooth and efficient, I felt well cared for and was treated like family :)
