Sales experience with Lazarus was great. Finance experience with Dexter was fantastic. The trade-in experience was less than optimal -- plenty of room for improvement in that department. Do better, you're Lexus -- pay attention to your own motto!

Hassan Mahmud was the salesman who helped me with my purchase of the Lexus RX350 Premium Plus. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with. We test drove a version of the car, and he patiently showed me all the features. Hassan was very honest and I felt that he had my best interests at heart. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family who are in the market for a Lexus. That having been said, I have several issues that I think could have been handled more professionally -- but please be sure that Hassan gets FIVE STARS for his honesty and professionalism.After we made the deal we met with Leon Yarborough to review additional options, for example dent protection, interior protection etc. Leon also was professional. We decided to finance the car, and pay it off later. I have a very high credit rating, but was given a 4.99% loan rate. We asked if that was the lowest we could get and were told yes.Back to the protection plans, we took the dent protection for $499.00, but chose not to take any of the other options. THEN Michael Furse came into Leon's office and said he was obligated to tell us, that we really should take the extended warranty, because there are 28,000 parts in the car, and if something goes wrong that is not Lexus' fault we would have to pay for the repair. He gave the example of building a house and the builder is great, but if a tree falls on the house that wouldn't be covered. My husband said, give us a car example, we're not buying a house from you. So Michael said, if an animal crawls under your car hood and chews your wires, you'll have to pay to fix it. He was so high pressure, and so condescending, and added so much time to the sales process it was ridiculous! My comment was "I'm buying a Lexus because of it's reputation for dependability, and you're making me feel like I've made a bad decision with Lexus and I'm buying a car that will be nothing but trouble." Mr. Furse was not professional. I don't see the value add of his coming in to try to pressure us to buy options that we had already refused.Now back to the finance interest rate. After we had agreed to finance, my husband went on the Lexus website and found a special promotion for 2.99% interest, I believe it was called "Go for the Gold summer event," which expired on 7/31. We bought he car on 7/27.So, we went back the next day and Hassan came to our rescue and told Leon to correct the interest rate while we waited rather than having to coming back later. The rate was corrected.By the end of the second day, I was exhausted. Other than the actual sale of the car with Hassan, the post sale stuff was needless, inexcusable, and a huge waste of our time. I hope that you will take this feedback in the spirit that it is being given. If you want repeat customers and referrals, you should consider the after sales process.

Mostly great, my salesman was very helpful. The onsite paperwork process could have gone a bit faster, considering I had already paid online.
