Started with phone call with Sales Consultant name: Armand Ngabe.He emailed me a video and pictures of the vehicle I was interested in buying and schedule the time for me to meet him at Nalley Lexus. Great customer service experience from Armand Ngabe, sales manager and loan officer. I'm glad we were able to workout the deal and I didn't had to go to see other cars I had in list.Will be shopping there again.
