I called to make an appointment to come in and talk about buying a new car. An appointmet was made and I came in the next day to see Todd Van Gorp. Todd was welcoming and helped me with driving first a sedan, and I realized I preferred the rx350 more. I told Todd I would be back, that I had just started my search and would follow up later with him.

I purchased a new car from Megan. She was AMAZING!! My entire deal, including my trade, was handled on-line with Megan through a sequence of e-mails covering several days. Every question I had was answered, every concern I had was addressed, every detail we agreed to was honored.I live in a rural area almost 2 hours away from the dealership--it's not the closest Lexus dealer to me (the closest is over an hour away so I tried to deal with them in person but didn't like the way I was treated).Since I've never dealt with Nalley Lexus I was not sure how the actual purchase would go--it turned out I should not have been concerned. There were no surprises, no tricks, no condescending experience, no concern that the sales person was being less than honest and forthcoming.Megan was professional, efficient, and helpful. I will recommend Nalley Lexus and Megan to my friends and family if they are interested purchasing in a Lexus.
