Got car fixed. Did a good job. It’s an old Lexus so it’s wasn’t easy.

Sales Rep, Manny, did a fine job. In addition to ample conversations, he encouraged me to test drive both the ES350 and the ES300h to make sure which drive I preferred. I was really on the fence, and chose the hybrid version for not only gasoline savings but also for its smooth acceleration and deceleration. He was also very helpful in familiarizing my wife and me with the car's features.Regarding the meeting with the Finance manager after my decision to purchase, both my wife and I felt the pressure to purchase more warranties depended too heavily on fear-mongering. There should first have been a review of the warranties I had already purchased as part of the new car's price (the battery warranty, the drive train warranty, the overall warranty) and then after that review was complete, perhaps an additional warranty might be considered. But it really felt like he was directed to hide what warranties my Lexus purchase included so that more revenue could be generated by looking at an overwhelming matrix of different warranties that totaled well in excess of the total purchase price of my new Lexus. This was a sting from my Lexus purchase experience that I find myself sharing with friends who are also considering the purchase of a new car, potentially the very reliable Lexus. One further feedback topic: this is the 3rd survey I have submitted to Lexus. I can see no justification for more than 1 request for a survey response, but I find it extremely insulting and discouraging to continue to receive these requests as if I have never responded to them. It also worries me that multiple organizations outside of Lexus have been provided my personal information.
