I purchase a certified preowned RX350 in August of 2022. As time went on the paint on the rear bumper started chipping off. Unbeknownst to me until my first service appointment, I became aware that the rear bumper had been replaced in Jan of 2022. This did not show up on the carfax I was shown by Sal when purchasing the vehicle which in and of itself I think was bad! As time went on the paint on the bumper kept chipping more and more and I mentioned this on several visits. At this appointment I mentioned it again and said I am not a car painter and I do not feel comfortable trying to tackle this on my own with touch up paint. My wonderful service advisor, Brandi Marat went to a service manager (Bennett) and he agreed to fix it as I guess the prior painters that you all had used had known issues with chipping paint. I was given a loaner and came back the following day to pick up my vehicle from Austin. Upon inspection of the paint job Austin and I could both see that it wasn't done correctly. Parts of the inner bumper felt like sandpaper. I called Bennett and I have been promised it will be taken care of.In conclusion thank you for taking care of the problem and I confident all will be fine when it's completed. I will however say I wish there had been more transparency when I purchased the vehicle as I wouldn't have bought it knowing the bumper had been replaced and it's sad that I should find this out because of the service records.

My car was serviced promptly and Austin did a good job of answering all my questions. Even changed out the battery in my key fob and demonstrated the process
