We just bought a certified ES350 have driven it 900 miles my Son's first new car. One of the items on certification was repayment of brake pads. My Son called me and said heard a loud bang and brake pedal went to the floor. I inspected it the caliper bolts came out and caliper was dragging on the wheel. They did take care of it but very scary to say the least. Glad no one got injured
