Had a great experience! I purchased a 2020 ES 350 on 2/15/25 and I love it. The sales process was simple and easy. I worked with Hassan Mahmud on the sales portion -- He was professional and very easy to work with. The business Manager Muhammad Tahir was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with as well.

Sales associate was direct and easy to work with, though we couldn’t get a break on the price. The finance guy was doing his job, I get it, but he was more aggressive than was expected or unnecessary. We didn’t budge though.
