He does everything in his power to make sure I leave happy and comfortable with my purchase decisions. He is kind and hasn’t missed reaching out to check in on the status of my vehicle as well as birthdays and holidays! He truly makes us feel like Lexus family! My last experience was great! I would have loved to leave in a new vehicle but with the birth of my daughter 3 months ago we decided a different path would be best for me financially. Went to service department to get the armor coat put on the car. I was met immediately. My service advisor showed me the waiting area and asked if I needed a loaner car and gave me an estimate of the wait. My wait time was as she said it would be. Everything was done as required. I am very sadtified.
