My Service Rep Brandi Maday is a "Rock Star"! My daughter's car needed a number of repairs, to include a new alternator and it was going to take a week to get all the parts and have the work done but Brandi was able to get everything done within just a few days so that my daughter could drive back to start college on schedule.

I came in for general service, an oil change, and to have a puncture in my tire repaired since the tires had a 2 year warranty. I was informed that the warranty expired 5 days prior, which meant I had to pay for that service too.

Lazarus is a great sales person; the trade-in process is less than stellar, even the second time experiencing this process. It's hands down the worst departure to deal with.

Bryan Shannon was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I had a very specific interest in a vehicle and he was there to answer all questions and incredibly knowledgeable. I would definitely return to work with him again for future vehicle purchases.

Correction of a previous review as i misidentified the manager spoken about as the GM. I was told he was actually a sales manager.Im placing 5 star ratings as per the execution of the actual sale. Top notch for the second time in 12 months. Nalley is the gold standard of car sales in my opinion. The salesperson and finance manager were excellent. This comes from someone who sold used vehicles for 11 years.Unfortunately part of this experience included a salesManager at the store who approached me behind the store in the smoking area. He stated. “ Sir this is the third time i have told you not to be back here”.I replied “I’ve never spoken to you in my life and this is only my second time here”. “ I have a check for the entire price in my bag right here and on the previous occasion i financed a car with you.” He replied “i’m very sorry but you matched the description of someone who had been a problem before”. It’s really an unfortunate look for this world class organization to have a manager who overtly and shamelessly profiled a customer and its also just a terrible look in 2024 to have the store greeter opening the door for you as you go about accosting a paying customer who you’ve profiled as a hoodlum for whatever part of “matching a description”. A moment ago you were certain it was our third conversation. It just furthers the perception of a smug, entitled enforcer for the old boys when you have the line employee opening the door for you. Not impressed by him but it takes more than one bad decision by a manager to spoil an overall great car buying journey. I don’t believe that the Nalley brand or family encourages lapses in judgement such as this especially when i see such a high quality staff and a clear commitment to diversity here at the Roswell location.
