Overall, good. Business manager’s presentation on extended warranty was confusing. I (female) was purchasing the car, but he kept looking at my son while talking. When I asked a question to clarify, he seemed annoyed and was not helpful. I didn’t realize I would be completing the purchase w him, not my sales rep. That should be made clear. Sales rep was fine.

The person who helped me was very kind , very patient he helped me with everything and was always very attentive , I will recommended , I have to said thank you for everything to Manny an to Lexus .
