Manny and almost all the sales manager were welcoming and professional even though we did not agree on a deal at first, except for Mr. Roth Hershiser. Mr. Hershisher was the last one talking to us. He was aggressive, saying “we are here to make profit, not charity” and asking “are you firm on your price just so you feel like you win”. If it was not for Manny working hard to get us a deal, we did not think we would buy the car. We also thank Mr. Furse from the finance department for his understanding and providing a smooth, easy process.
