This was my second Lexus dealership. Sales consultant Ben Otieno was the best consultant I've encountered in a long time. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions about different models and was extremely patient as I ultimately decided what vehicle I wanted. I'm not easily impressed, but easily annoyed and this young man blew me away. Give him a raise ASAP!
