Our experience with Ben was five stars, from the first phone call to driving out of the lot with the car we purchased. The only reason we have not given 5 stars is the long wait we had while the paperwork was being prepared. We had paid a deposit to hold the car and set a specific time to pick it up. Five star service would have had the paperwork ready for us to go over and sign.

The key programming is done in the same day (except the key blade, which was promised to be delivered by mail.)Zero-hassle, no reservations nor overcharges.
