Wish we were told when setting the appointment that the vehicle was due for a scheduled tune up. We only brought it in for a oil change and tire rotation and couldn’t leave the vehicle until Monday for all the suggested work.

my geriatric car is full of surprises! This time it was the brake lights. easy to make online service appointment. As usual, Will, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful. He outlined the problem and arranged for a loaner since the necessary part was not in stock. It took the technician several tries to identify the extent of the problem and get the correct parts ordered. throughout the 10 days that my car was in for repair, Will was updating me on the issues and progress, being sure that I was well informed about what was happening. When the car was ready, he was prompt about letting me know so I could collect it.

Purchase tires and rotation. The service was good, and that’s why I gave 5 stars. However, there is one item I am concerned about. I bought two new Michelin tires on the day my car was serviced, and I was told there was a rebate. In fact, the service consultant included a copy of the rebate document in my paperwork when I left and explained how to get the rebate. He told me I would get an $80 rebate, however, when I completed the rebate process, I received an email telling me I wasn’t eligible because the rebate is for the purchase of 4 tires and no 2. I wasn’t advised of that. Had I known there was no rebate for 2 tires, I may have purchased different tires. Again, the service was good, but I wish what I was advised about the tires was accurate. Now, I don’t get the $80 back that I thought I was getting, which is very disappointing.
