Purchase tires and rotation. The service was good, and that’s why I gave 5 stars. However, there is one item I am concerned about. I bought two new Michelin tires on the day my car was serviced, and I was told there was a rebate. In fact, the service consultant included a copy of the rebate document in my paperwork when I left and explained how to get the rebate. He told me I would get an $80 rebate, however, when I completed the rebate process, I received an email telling me I wasn’t eligible because the rebate is for the purchase of 4 tires and no 2. I wasn’t advised of that. Had I known there was no rebate for 2 tires, I may have purchased different tires. Again, the service was good, but I wish what I was advised about the tires was accurate. Now, I don’t get the $80 back that I thought I was getting, which is very disappointing.

As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greeted by the receptionist who was delightful. We were immediately assigned to a salesman, Luis. Luis was very professional and helpful. We were able to test drive the vehicle and Luis was knowledgeable about the car. We were then sent to a waiting area that was extremely clean and offered refreshments while we waited. The Finance Manager was professional, fun, and informative.

Anthony was attentive professional cordial and helpful. Service was first rate

Sales person was excellent. He worked with us and supported us during our purchase.
