My experiences at Lexus are why I keep coming back. I have been taking my car for service at Nalley Lexus Roswell for almost 2 years and when it was time to trade it in, I knew I wanted to work with this Lexus dealer. Jordan Stephenson is my service advisor and he is always a pleasure to work with. I worked with Salesman Alex DuMond. He took his time to listen to my situation and help me find a car on the lot that worked for me. He was professional and relational. I’ve grown to trust Lexus, their vehicles and the people Nalley employs. At times, other Lexus dealers have not given me this feeling. Financing with El Rico gave me the same experience I’ve had with Jordan and Alex. So thankful to continue to have positive experiences with this Lexus family.
