Our salesperson Bryan was excellent and flawlessly handled all of our changes and purchase of the new vehicle and he continues to provide answers after the sale.Unfortunately, we did not feel the same about Mike, your financial advisor. The amount of time he spent bashing Tesla was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. We were purchasing a Lexus, and we own a Tesla. Additionally, he did not provide us with any information about Lexus and what accompanies the new car purchase.

All good. My only disappointment was I forgot to use my 20% discount on my almost $800 bill. Oh well.

I bought a 2012 Lexus RX for my son’s first car. Megan was my sales rep and she was fantastic. She was good communicator and listened to my requests for how I wanted to be communicated to (and when). She made the process as painless as possible.
