My service advisor Will Gallagher is the best! He was thorough, clear, and concise. I had a little issue with the time that it took to get the channel on the television changed, along with other customers, but the Black male who worked in the service shop addressed my needs with such great respect and empathy. He was very professional and he showed me and other customers kindness, dignity, and respect. I engaged in a conversation with a couple of customers and it was a pleasure to be able to help them. One lady had an issue with her landlord and I was able to help her. Also, the staff in sales and service shared their backgrounds in vocational training and it was an important factor for p learn of their experiences. Some of the less experienced staff took a long time which caused a delay in the service experience. I observed them talking excessively to other staff and on their cellphones. Will redirected them and enabled them to refocus on the job at hand. Version smoothly and please continue to support the veteran staff because they are dealing with young people who do not understand the benefits of having a good job for a good employer. It is always a pleasure to come to Nalley Lexus. I purchased my vehicle form Hennessy Lexus sns the sales and service professionals there did not appear to care about customer service or the Lexus brand.
