Sales rep was amazing but we were very disappointed in dealing with the finance manager. Felt deceived in that we kept asking for certain things that he continually dodged. Ultimately our mistake for not insisting.

Brandi Maday kept me updated throughout and got me a loaner when she/we learned that additional service was needed on our 2019 RX 350. Great customer service! Thank you! FYI we purchased a new 2023 GX from Jim Roberts in November 2023 and still own a 2017 RX350 too.
