Unexpected need for car service- low oil pressure light went on and I had to drive straight to dealer late in the afternoon. Despite few people being there, I was set up with a loaner and quickly got back home without disruption to kids activities.Service need was identified quickly and repaired at a reasonable cost.

I have been taking my 2000 LS400 to Nalley Lexus in Roswell since my Son bought it for me in 2007 and have had excellent service & advise since then.

Sales staff was friendlyPurchase process takes too longOn you website in the notes you state the price includes dealer service charge and title service fee. However these were added onto to the price. This is a violation of Georgia law. There was a rebate provided but it did not cover the amount.The tax was over charged, was pointed out my me. How does one over state the tax Georgia is so simple. However maybe it was not an oversight.The car was delivered with a tire warning light on.You may contact me if needed at 7703353498.
