I would like to make recommendations for Mark Riley and Dexter Harris as they are absolutely the best!!As someone who has purchased 3 Lexus cars from this dealership in 3 years, each experience keeps getting better with this phenomenal organization!For context, my mother recently had gotten into a car accident earlier this month. The car was absolutely totaled. Overall, she escaped and is fine. But she still had bruises, swelling, difficulty with walking, and was down since the accident as some of her most cherished sentimental items were also damaged/lost.I had been researching for weeks which car to get for my mother, especially from the safety perspective. I had just come in for a service appointment for my car this past Saturday, and wanted to look around at what cars were available to pass the time. Then connected with Mark, and became incredibly impressed how well he found the most ideal car for her. Mark wanted to learn all about what was important to my mother, her preferences, needs, wants, etc - while showing great empathy, respect, and support. I have never finalized a car this quickly ever in my life (literally in the middle of a service appointment!). Then when I came in the next day to show my mother the car, she loved it, but also the VIP treatment, respect, and care Mark gave my mother - absolutely unbeatable!On top of that, Dexter was incredibly empathetic, caring, and customized the best warranty package tailored to my mother's needs. He showed great interest in understanding what was important to our needs, and made the closing process incredibly efficient, effective, and compassionate. Additionally, I had a ton of questions during the closing and afterwards, and Dexter provided great details, customized answers, and incredible comfort and trust.This is the happiest, most energetic, and giving the most smiles my mother has been since the accident and I want to thank Mark, Dexter, and the entire Nalley Lexus Roswell team overall from the bottom of my heart!Mark and Dexter both exemplify class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. I am in awe of their level of care, compassion, ownership, knowledge, and class. It is incredibly evident to me that they are invaluable assets for the organization.Based on this experience - I have recommended my family and contacts to only come to Nalley Lexus Roswell solely due to their stellar quality of service. I like the way you can track the process of repair via a text link versus having to call and wait on hold for a Service Advisor. And I like that you have an opportunity to approve or dis-approve further repairs as they move along the process.
