I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle for a few months. I had visiting several lots and longs hours online searching. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I found the best option in a medium SUV. It had just arrived the day we found it on line and went the same day to view it. it had not even made it thru the full inspection and detail. It looked brand new being a loaner car and my customer service rep handled me very well. I just happen to call to inquiry and was transferred to Armand Ngabe. He was very knowledgeable, followed the process, welcoming and balanced our time while juggling other clients. This was out first big dealer car purchase and happy to be working with Armand. The dealership experience can be a litter drawn out, but great customer service offset that. Armand set up the Red Bow and covering of the Car for my wife. He did the big reveal and it was great. We walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service.
