I cannot say enough positive things about my service advisor, Jordan Stephenson! Since having my/our vehicle, I had brought it in 2 other times (w/2 different service advisors) for service & some electronic issues. At one of my visits, I was told service would take 2 hrs. After 3.5hrs & little to no communication from that service advisor, I was livid & desperate to get answers. So I just happened to walk into Jordan's office & the rest is history! He stopped what he was doing to get me answers on my vehicle, despite the fact that I was not his customer. From then on, I said I would never use anyone but him! Fast forward to this visit...beginning in Aug '23, we started having issues with our steering angle sensor randomly going off. It has continued to happen & become more frequent & last longer. It was not a livable situation given that the alarm would be a high-pitch constant beep that would go on/off multiple times! Long story, Jordan did not give up until he found a solution (the other blessing was that he graciously allowed me to have a loaner for that time)! Jordan is one of the most polite, hard-working, kind, professional & just all-around genuine people I have ever met. Nalley Lexus is truly blessed to have Jordan, as he is an invaluable asset to your company.

Very good experience. Went in to have my car fixed and came out with a new car. Mark in Sales and Dexter in Financing could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Mark was extremely patient with us, and Dexter went out of his way to help us find the best financing. If/when we buy another Lexus, I hope those two are still there !!

My service writer was excellent!!!

Prompt courteous service at the scheduled date and time. My recall was dealt with on this six month maintenance appointment. I was surprised to get a courtesy vehicle so I could go to work.

From the minute I was greeted until I was shown to me car to leave it was top notch service! Igor was fantastic!
