I worked with Johnnie Anderson via phone and email prior to my visit. He was extremely helpful, even sending me a personal video of the vehicle. Mr. Anderson was one of the kindest sales people I have ever worked with anywhere.When I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Anderson welcomed us and offered us something from the cafe. We went for a test drive and then completed some paperwork in his office. After a short wait, we completed everything in the finance office, and I was on the road back to Alabama.I have talked with countless sales people, and Mr. Anderson was by far the most patient and helpful person I spoke with. His calm demeanor and "no pressure" attitude made me feel extremely comfortable with the car-buying process. I hope to buy another Lexus from Mr. Anderson someday in the future.
