I replaced the batteries in my key fobs twice but still received the warning message on my dashboard, so I took my Lexus to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, information collected, and escorted to the waiting area. In a short time, my problem was resolved, and I was on my way home.

Sonnie did a great, 5-star job helping me with the car purchasing experience on my first visit to test drive and learn about the car. The second visit to finish the purchase overall went ok - but the first round of the contract did not align with our verbal agreement on price and had to get redone. We were at the dealership for over 3 hours to get through the process, which was frustrating for a luxury car.
