Jordan, along with the gentleman that handled my problem upon entering the bldg, went above and beyond expectations. They both were excellent. I failed to get the gentleman’s name that told me Jordan would help me. The gentleman who took my keys etc. said he would contact the necessary people to accommodate my request as my appt. was inadvertently made at your sister company, Toyota, by me! Jordan handled the rest!Many thanks! Excellent Service!
