Justin was great. No complains with my service representative.However, I spent 2+ hours in the waiting room prior to the initial inspection being complete, despite having an appointment, only to be told service likely would not be complete until the end of the day and then being provided a loaner vehicle - after already having sat at the dealership for 2+ hours.This is one area of improvement I would recommend as I only have this complaint for the Roswell location.

I LEASED A 2024 LEXUS 300IS FROM NALLEY LEXUS VIA THE PHONE AS I NOW LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA. THEY PUT TOGETHER THE TRANSACTION IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND MY LEXUS WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 4-29. I DEALT WITH HAN AND MOHAMMED AND THEY BOTH WERE OUTSTANDING. THE GENTLEMAN, ARNOLD, WHO DELIVERED MY LEXUS WAS ON TIME AND TOOK CARE TO MAKE IT AN OVERALL PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE.
