Process was smooth. The estimate for two air filters ($256!) that wasn't broken down into labor vs parts, was absurd. These two filters cost less than $50 and take less than 6 minutes to install. Where's the $200 of labor coming from. It's laughable. Obviously, I'll purchase OEM filters online and install them per factor recommendations...it might take me 5 minutes.

I took my car in for an oil change and check and Igor did his usual magic and made it as quick and easy as it could be! As far as I’m concerned you buy a Lexus because it’s a comfortable car but you keep coming back and buying another because of service professionals like Igor who take excellent care of you no matter what is happening with your car !
