Claiborn and Nicole were very helpful and took good care of me! I am a long time customer due to the level of service I have experienced. My service advisor is no longer with this dealership and provided excellent service. Claiborn filled those shoes well! I will be back. One opportunity for improvement, is that if a customers car takes more than one day for service to get completed, and the service advisor may potentially be out the next day, have a back-up advisor in place so the service level is not compromised.

Overall, my experience was good. One of the reasons I returned to Lexus was the outstanding customer service. There was one hiccup along the way, but the Lexus team tried to make it right and was gracious in doing so. The wait time in the dealership was longer than I would have liked but the environment and the people made me comfortable.
