I took my SUV in on a Saturday for a 20,000 mile service. I had an unexpected repair which, due to a part needing to be ordered, could not be handled until Tuesday of the following week. I was advised not to drive the car until the repair was completed. This was leaving me in a bind since I had an out-of-town work conference the following week and needed to leave early Tuesday morning and drive across the state. In addition to this unexpected repair, I was now faced with having to rent a vehicle for the week. My service consultant, Anthony Waight, was able to get me a loaner SUV. I left the dealership in the loaner vehicle that day, attended my conference the following week, and returned the loaner vehicle the following Monday. The unexpected $1,500 repair to my SUV became a bit less stressful by Anthony providing a quick and easy solution for me given my circumstances. I went to service my vehicle and show them a scratch on the hood and the service manager got the scratch buffed out right away. She was excellent. I’m very happy with the service there and the people Bryan is always so friendly to us and remembers. He sold us the vehicle and shows us new ones that are coming in very professional classy service.
