No loaner car available. Loaner car that was provided a day after car arrived at dealership was dirty sprite can under passenger seat and Kleenex beside driver seat

Arrived on time, was greatly immediately by Lexus employee and ask to sit in waiting room and a service advisor would get in touch with me..Miguel greeted me and we went to his office and invoice for service was written up. Waited in waiting room till auto was finished and left without any problems. Excellent service and everybody was very friendly.

I have never been disappointed thus far while visiting the dealership for servicing my vehicle.

I was shocked when the representative informed me that the cost of the service for my Lexus was over $700. He kindly sat down with me and went over the breakdown of the services and together we made a decision of what needed to be done immediately. The rest of the services were recommended but were not immediate so that I can plan ahead and get them done when I am financially ready. I felt that my representative listened to my concerns and was very supportive and understanding. He was also very knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent customer service.
