I was shocked when the representative informed me that the cost of the service for my Lexus was over $700. He kindly sat down with me and went over the breakdown of the services and together we made a decision of what needed to be done immediately. The rest of the services were recommended but were not immediate so that I can plan ahead and get them done when I am financially ready. I felt that my representative listened to my concerns and was very supportive and understanding. He was also very knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent customer service.

I made initial contact on a vehicle I was interested online. Kevin was my original point of contact and was extremely professional and took the time to provide all the information including a custom video tour of the vehicle. Once I arrived he was catering another purchaser and passed us along to Benjamin whom was extremely professional and supportive through our entire purchasing journey including going back and forth between my husband and I while we entertained our children during this process. The entire process exceeded our expectations.
