Your new service advisor, Austin was awesome. Professional, caring, and a good communicator. Had an excellent focus on customer needs.

Jordan Stephenson, my rep, was exceptionally great at explaining services I was unsure I needed; and he kept on top of technicians so that my time there was minimal due to other appointments I bad scheduled that day. I was very happy with my service!

Austin was very helpful and professional. I thought I had an appointment but had made it with another dealership. They were able to fit me in but it took almost three hours for an oil change . My car has a buzzing sound when the air conditioner is on now, not sure but will call on Monday morning to ask someone about it. The sound was not there when I took it in.

Igor did an excellent job checking us in, informing us of the technician’s findings, and in general was professional and engaging.

Had regular service done plus check for low air pressure in tire. They found air leak, repaired it and completed service as recommended by my service agent Will.

My service adviser was great. Jordan answered all my questions.
