Our experience was very good with the exception of no car wash. We were told it was broken. I guess I don’t understand why someone couldn’t have hand washed it. Our service tech was great. He kept us informed even though we just had a routine service done.

I was more curious about a car I saw online. I wanted to buy a car but I had many questions and apprehensions to this. When I spoke to Hassan over the phone initially, he was very open to answering questions and was transparent about the process. As I worked with him, I felt as though he wanted what was best for me. He wasnt interested in pushing me into a contract but wanted to work to give me the best price and options and then allow me the space to make the decision. I felt he was amazing at building a rapport and also understood how big of a decision a car is for someone. I loved that he gave me multiple options, explained to me the benefits associated with those options, and overall wanted me to be in control of my decisions. I would recommend him heavily.
