Regular 105000 checkup. Very efficient!

This was my first visit for routine service since purchasing my Lexus. Was very impressed with the quality of both the service and each individual who helped me.

Clay was very detailed and very personable. We had to wait a little but understood since he was with another client. I was disappointed that the car wash wasn't working and there wasn't any detail about when it would be fixed. I do love getting my car vacuumed and cleaned when we come for service. I also wished coupons were available for my battery replacement at the time of the service since we received an email a few days after we already replaced it. Why couldn't it be applied as an accommodation knowing it's a week before the coupon date?
