Brandi Maday is just awesome. I would buy another Lexus just to keep working with her as my Service Rep! She communicated quickly and clearly about the issues found with my car and the cost. She put me in a loaner vehicle because I was going to be several days without my car over the weekend while she was not in the office. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that the Check Engine light and the Check VSC light were on. I was frustrated that the service personnel had not noticed that and had deemed their work to be complete, but Brandi just apologized and put me right back in the loaner vehicle for another day while I left my car overnight again to get those addressed.

I made a service appointment prior to visiting Georgia. Igor my advisor understand made sure the work was complete since I would be in Georgia for a limited time. Igor is always giving exceptional service and I feel that he goes far beyond being supportive
