The experience was very good. Beverly knew exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the car, etc.

Jordan, my service advisor, is very knowledgably and efficient in handling my serviceneeds.

Due to the busy schedules for many customers I had to wait for more than 3 hours at the service department to receive a second smart key. Otherwise the Service Consultant and technical staffs were very helpful and kind.

Brandi did an excellent job getting me comfortable after an unpleasant experience with another Lexus dealer. She also kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. Since she felt she couldn’t get the car completed in a timely manner, she provided a loaner. The car was completed the next morning. I was a little disappointed that the car wash wasn’t working. Overall a very satisfying outcome!
