My long-time advisor has left your employ. As usual, I arrived, asked for an estimated completion time and made a decision to wait (as opposed to going home via Uber to work and await completion). I used the automated system to follow progress. After 2 hours, nothing had been done. Please tell me truth if you are behind. Don’t punish this loyal long-time customer.

Repairs were completed in a timely manner as promised.
