I was happy to have a loaner car (thank you so much!) as my car ended up being there overnight. The texting of the status of my vehicle didn't seem to be accurate as it never showed my car was being serviced and all of a sudden I got a text that my car was ready. Wasn't able to keep track of what was going on with the status of my car. On another note, Claiborne was awesome!
