Fast and spot on

Jordan was a great service advisor.

Overall, it was fine, though there are areas for improvement. The first is just cost, plain and simple. $198 per hour is insane and makes your services prohibitively expensive. The second is waiting 30 minutes to get my car after being informed it was ready. I like your dealership and people are typically friendly and helpful, but this experience was not perfect.

It's great experience since I have Beverly and her Manager guide us through the process. I hope in the future they will give us a discount.

My service advisor, Justin was top-notch. That is why my rating was 5-stars.However, my service took over three hours, when I was told it would take about an hour and a half.Additionally, the prices for my service were exorbitant. Even though this vehicle and my previous Lexus were purchased from Nalley and exclusively serviced by Nalley, I will not be returning for service. Over $160 for an oil change? Ludicrous.I have been a loyal customer since April, 2011. No more.

I brought my ES350 for an oil change and 40K service maintenance. During inspection, the technicians found a leak in my water pump. I was going out of town the next day, so Jordan made sure a loaner car was provided that day and the water pump to be fixed before I had to leave for my trip. My car was ready at the time Jordan said it would be, and I picked up my car and was on my way. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Ben, my sales rep was very helpful and happy to give me great service. Everyone at the dealership that I communicated with was eager to serve and made me feel comfortable. Just a continuance of my 20 years of experience and the slogan, "Lexus is not a car sales company with good service, it is a service company that sells cars".
