My first experience with Lexus was good but time consuming. Sonnie was nice and demonstrated great customer service. Ronald the sales manager was pleasant but not very flexible until he called 1 week after I left and was in the process of getting the TX from another dealership and then he was willing to be flexible to finalize the sale. Jose the sales manager called the Monday after I left and said he would call back and never did which is why I went to another Lexus dealership. The final sale took way too long. Sonnie was prepared and did his best to expedite the process but it was lengthy (2hours) with El Ricco, the sales manager. El Ricco demonstrated great customer service. At times, Ronald’s follow up was slow and non responsive.

Todd did an excellent job explaining everything about our new car! He answered all of our questions with patience. He gave us the personal touch with a grand reveal and big red bow! My wife was ecstatic! Thank you Todd!El Rico was so kind, funny, and knowledgeable about our financing experience. He answered all of our questions and we were in and out so quickly. Best financing experience ever!Ruben was the icing on the cake. He made us feel confident in our car buying experience. He also made everything so easy by asking us to think about what is most important to us and the value it has to us. He found us the perfect car! Thanks to all who made this the BEST car buying experience ever!
