Anthony was excellent as usual, he explained everything in detail and left no questions unanswered. My only issue was with Lexus charges for wiper blades - that is really abusing the customer. I know I pay over and above for Lexus service (and I do it anyway), but it is a little "chicken" to hit me with a petty $95 charge for wiper blades when I can get them myself for half the price. I spent $3500 on this visit and you're going to charge for wiper blades???????????
